Who doesn't want happy hips? In this workshop, Jessica Namit will guide you through exercises that support overall hip health. In addition, you will learn about common issues that affect hip functionality and which movements can help relieve tightness and discomfort in and around the hips.
All levels. Pilates reformer and other specialized equipment will be used. Space is limited to 9 attendees.

Ready to try Pilates? In this workshop, Jessica Namit will guide you through the basics of this core-focused exercise method so you can start your Pilates journey with confidence.
You will learn the foundations of the Pilates method, how to perform common Pilates exercises, and how to use the Pilates equipment - including the reformer. From here, you will be prepared to take a group Pilates class or private session.
For beginners or those wanting to refresh their practice.
