Glide is a 1400 square ft. fitness studio, fully equipped for small group classes in Pilates Reformer and Chair with top-of-the-line STOTT PILATES™ equipment. The front of the studio is equipped for larger group classes in Barre, SURFSET®, and CORE training. We pride ourselves at Glide on giving you great service and that one-on-one training experience.

GLIDE BOUTIQUE:

Glide has a variety of small fitness accessories for sale that are perfect for a little extra credit at home, on the road, on vacation, or wherever you can fit your workouts in. Our instructors can even put together a "take home" workout for you by scheduling a 1 hr. or 1/2 hr. private lesson. What you will get is a fully customized workout plan for you to take with you whenever you can't make it into the studio. Call or email for more information.
