What can I wear to class?
Comfortable yoga-type clothing is best. Really anything you can move and stretch in. All classes are done barefoot or with gripper socks if preferred.
What if it's my 1st time to Glide?
It is recommended on your first time to arrive around 5-10 minutes early so that you can fill out our new client form, have a chance to get acquainted with the studio and speak to the instructor about any modifications you may need in class.
Can I modify my workout for injuries?
All of our class are zero impact and easy on the joints. As with all exercise, it is recommended that you talk to your doctor and make sure it is safe to work out especially post-partum and post-surgical. Call us or email us and we will be happy to recommend the best class for you to ease back into your workout routine.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients start to feel results within the 1st week. Keeping with a consistent 2-3 times a week schedule, you should see results within 3 weeks time.
How long are classes at Glide?
All of Glide's classes and private lessons are 55 minutes in length.
What is Glide's cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel on the mind body app or text/call to cancel at least 6 hours prior to the start of class. This will give our waitlisted clients a chance to book. If you need to late cancel within the 6 hour window, the class will still be deducted from your current package. We understand that things come up, please let us know in case of an emergency and we will make adjustments.
